Interface Summary

ArtifactHandler	This class is for creating publish artifacts and adding them to configurations.
ArtifactRepository	A repository for resolving and publishing artifacts.
DependencyHandler	A DependencyHandler is used to declare artifact dependencies.
IvyArtifactRepository	An artifact repository which uses an Ivy format to store artifacts and meta-data.
